I had Jeremiah Secret work as my Buyer’s agent. He was perfect in every way. He has been in the industry and the Orange County market for so long that he knows most of the other agents and businesses that you will encounter. The first home we seriously considered, he knew the former owner personally and was able to give us inside information on the property. He had previously worked with the corporation that flipped the home we ended up purchasing as well. That kind of knowledge is priceless when going into negotiations on a property. Jeremiah made those negotiations much easier to navigate with his extensive experience in the escrow process. I’m happy to say, at one point when the purchase price couldn’t be agreed on, and both parties were ready to walk away, he stayed level-headed and offered solutions that allowed both parties to continue to an agreeable price. He did this in part by being extremely professional and responsive whenever necessary. Jeremiah was originally referred to me by a friend and what a great referral he was! Furthering that pattern, Jeremiah was able to refer a number of well qualified, professional and fairly priced inspectors, contractors and repair persons to help facilitate the home buying process. I will be happy to work with Jeremiah again whenever I need to buy or sell a property.
