Jennifer went above and beyond when my husband and I were purchasing our home in Kauai. My mother unfortunately passed away a few days after we went into escrow, and Jennifer was so understanding. She kept us up-to-date on our loan process, but at the same time, she gave me and my husband time and space to grieve. She only reached out when necessary, and she held off on asking for final signatures until after we were able to lay my mother to rest. Jennifer even sent us flowers as a show of support. I was so thankful to have Jennifer handling our loan. We truly felt that she cared for us as more than just clients.
