Working with Jeff was an absolute pleasure! He was very efficient and professional. We had a difficult situation (to say the least) but Jeff made it very easy for us to navigate and eventually close in a timely manner. Jeff not only helped us buy a beautiful second home, but he helped us sell our condo in less than a week during a difficult time. He was a very effective negotiator and worked with all parties involved in order to obtain a fantastic result for all parties. I have already referred Jeff to friends and acquaintances, one who has already purchased with Jeff and I know he is satisfied with his experience as well. Jeff, thank you again for your help.
