Thank you sincerely for going the extra mile a couple weeks ago when my newly-purchased RDX experienced some problems. I know that the distance and my schedule made it a bit challenging for us relative to the loaner vehicle.  You and your team came through in the 11th hour by delivering the vehicle in a 24-hour period to my place of work.
