Jeff Derp has been a terrific partner in helping us purchase our new home in the Woodcrest section of Wilmington, DE. We've been looking for a new home since December 2024 and he's been with us every step of the way. He's been efficient, meticulous, knowledgable and forthright about the Wilmington areas we were looking in which was VERY important becuase we moved from New Orleans and did not even physically see the house we purchased!! Jeff has been prompt and quick to respond with his attention to the sale, thorough, and candid about any potential issues or problems which have been none. His recommendations for any service that may be needed i.e. plumbing, HVAC and furnace, etc. we have already made contact with them and they are also terrific. Not sure what else to say except that we are very grateful to have connected with Jeff. We LOVE our new home, it is perfect for us.
