Jay was truly exceptional from the very beginning. He attentively listened to our requirements, clarified every step, and thoroughly addressed our questions. He put in great effort to find the best solution for our family's objectives. His responsiveness via texts, emails, and phone calls was impressive. Given our tight schedule, Jay certainly came through!
