We worked with Jason Weisgerber and Chuck Gargotto for 3 plus years to find the home that we knew would fit our lifestyle. Throughout those 3 plus years we were always confident that they were both there for us. We purchased the home, had an 11 month remodel and had a cash offer on our home of 21 years within a week of putting our home on the market. Jason and Chuck definitely understand the real estate market in Denver. We listened and followed there and followed their advice making it smooth transitions for both sales.Working with this team was a complete pleasure as well as a wise financial decision.
