It is not possible to overstate the positive impact Jason and his thoughtful, committed and data-driven approach as both our sellers and buyers agent has made on our family! Sue and I dreamt of returning to Bainbridge and buying a home in the Winslow corridor to get us closer of schools, work and the ferry. That said, we struggled to imagine a scenario that would have allowed us to do so in such a competitive and pricey market. Jason worked with us to develop a strategy that would allow us to sell our home in Poulsbo in a timely manner as well as identify an innovative opportunity to buy a fixer-upper in Winslow that we could make our own over time. Navigating the inherent intricacies, complexity and anxiety of pulling this off would not have been even remotely possible without Jason and he bent over backwards and personally sacrificed to make it a reality. Now, four months into our Bainbridge home, our family is living the life that we never could have imagined six months ago. Words cannot express our respect and heartfelt appreciation for all Jason has done to help us realize our dream and there is no doubt whatsoever that he can help your family do the same!
