Janet is a local person and had knowledge of the people, district and the market around the area. She explained her plan and strategy very well. Janet made my wife and I feel at ease and was very easy to talk too. Her husband (Lloyd) was very knowledgeable on the financial aspects of the Sale and walked us through each step. They were a great team. Janet followed through with her strategy and kept us informed on the progress. Both Janet & Lloyd were always available for any questions or concerns that we had during the sale. They made the whole process as stress free as possible.
