In the last 51 years, I have bought and sold five residences and one rental property in four states. In the process, I knew the recent sale of my condo-tel unit in Isle of Palms may be difficult and complicated, and an agent with wide experience and knowledge of this particular property was necessary. This is why I contacted Janet Newham. Initially, she compiled a sales package that included availability of financing, crucial for this type of property, obtained from me pertinent management/income/cost information and updated me promptly during the six months it was on the market. Janet’s proficiency was obvious during e-closing when unusual circumstances prevailed but were overcome. Sincerely, Barbara Fenstermacher
