It was the early middle of 2023, and we were facing rising interest rates and unusually low housing supply on the market. But our home buying experience was as smooth as could be thanks to Janet's expert help. She had a strong understanding of the market and spent the time to learn about our personal preferences. As a team, we scouted out listings just as they went up and eventually found the right fit. We especially appreciated her expert eyes during open houses and tours - spotting both highlights and lowlights that we wouldn't have noticed ourselves. Janet helped us put together a smart offer, and connected us with great people to cover the legal side, mortgage, and insurance. Janet's responsiveness was top notch, and she provided regular updates throughout the process. We needed someone who we could trust and who could provide expert advice. If that's what you need too, you won't go wrong working with Janet Keogh.
