Testimonial for Jane Zawacki Selling a family home is not simple on many levels, so the realtor needs to be experienced, community/family connected, creative, and a keen listener. When I decided to sell after twenty-five years, I knew there was only one realtor who could be trusted with this venture to help my family. Jane Zawacki is the first person I chose to contact. Immediately, Jane connected with me and set up a meeting in my home. She brought her accomplished partner, Ann Barfknecht, to assist. After two hours we had a solid action plan that was exciting, sensible, and contained all the hallmarks of selling the home. Jane’s confidence gave me confidence that the hopes I had could truly become our reality. After a mere six weeks, my home was sold. It happened because Jane knew how to manage and pay attention to not just me, the seller, but to prospective buyers. Jane never pushed me but encouraged my voice to be heard. When I requested her professional judgment on serious and specific decisions, the responses were always expedient, direct, honest, and credible. Respect was invariably shown to me during the entire process. I sold my home and felt incredible. The closing was organized, and all factors were explained so I was knowledgeable and prepared. There have been a few times in my life when the right people have entered and their presence, expertise, and compassion have made my journey improved and life changing. Jane Zawacki is one of these people. Highly recommend Jane Zawacki of Greenridge Realty
