Jan spencer was absolutely hands down the best realtor my wife and I have ever had the good fortune of working with. She worked diligently and continuously searching to find a home that was a good fit for us. It wasn't a walk in the park for her or us given our wants list, but she stuck in there with us working with us to try to accommodate our exatensive wish list. she was also honest and helpful with us when we were being really super picky and helped us to figure out the difference between what we needed, what we wanted, and what we could afford and we are so grateful for it. After three years spending nights scouring the Internet to find a listing we would call our home, and several viewings later. She found us the one. At first we were a little bit hesitant, but she saw the potential in it, and it wasn't long before we did too and now, we absolutely love our home. To sum it jan was awesome, she was a joy to work with, she was positive, honest and helpful and was always quick to get back in touch with us if we couldn't reach her directly. She stayed with us for so long even though I sure at times we could be quite a pain the bottom line is this. We loved working with Jan Spencer she is wonderful realtor and we would use her again with out a single moments hesitation.
