We found James through Zillow, and just closed on a condo with him serving as our realtor. We were very pleased with our experience. James is very personable and easy to work with, and was extremely responsive to all of our inquiries throughout the process. He was able to quickly set up showings, and through his extensive past experience, was able to advise on strategy when it came to negotiating the offer price and other aspects of the sale. He worked very well with the lender, legal folks, and sellers' agent in order to facilitate the process, such that we were able to close on time, with no snags. We would definitely recommend James as someone who will not only get the job done, and but who will also be enjoyable to interact with along the way.
