There were several things that made me very glad that I chose to work James Lamb. First and foremost, after visiting several properties, and expressing my interest in one in particular, James found out that another offer had been made on that house, and worked late into the night and early the next morning to help me submit a bid. He was also very knowledgeable about the homebuying process in Baltimore, and graciously spent several hours talking to me about what to expect and answering my questions. This was very useful to me, being a first time buyer. I really have no real complaints about working with James, and would readily recommend him to anyone looking to buy a home.
