We were referred to Jacon by a family friend in Greenville and he was excellent at every turn. Since we do not live in Greenville, we had to rely on Jacob every day to handle tons of logistics after the death of Blake Roberts. He organized the auctions, the extensive clean-up of the house, referred us to local counsel, got us locksmiths etc. etc. It was a very stressful time for us and Jacob made it 100 times easier. He also was able to sell the home as is and above its appraisal value. The process was fast and easy for us, but we know it was a ton of work for Jacob.
