Jacob was great! He comes from a lineage of realtors, so it was no surprise how well he handled things for us. Vacant land sales can be tricky, and there tend to be a lot more questions from prospective buyers and their agents. Jacob handled them well for us and was able to get us a very positive result in our sale. We will use him to find our next property, build a house, and then have him sell our current home. We have a lot of trust in him and his level of professionalism.
