Jackie was outstanding from beginning of the process through settlement. She quickly gained our trust with her patient listening and her realistic suggestions and observations. She guided us throughout and advocated for our wants and needs. She went above and beyond in assisting us with appointments and service calls. We had decided to work with her because she came highly recommended by an out of state realtor and she definitely lived up to our expectations.
