Jack was referred to me by a business colleague who purchased a home in Keystone. Jack helped him find the perfect place for vacationing at Keystone. After meeting Jack we immediately felt comfortable with his approach, style and knowledge of Summit County. He took the time to learn what we needed, wanted, wished for, areas we were willing to compromise and those items that were absolute requirements. For each meeting Jack prepared research on available properties inclusive of recently under contract which allowed us to be informed and up-to-date on the market. He was patient and understanding as we went through the inevitable mental refinement of our target property. In our case Jack showed us several dozen places because we started by casting a wide net and through visits we focused more and more on exactly what we wanted. Jack was instrumental is securing our home. Beyond the normal support to searching and presenting homes. In our case the perfect home went under contract a day before we submit an offer. When it fell out of contract (due to issues found during inspection) he IMMEDIATELY contacted us (Sunday night!), talked us through the potential issues found during the inspection, and how those could influence our offer - assuming we were still interested. We were and he proceeded to negotiate an good agreement and we own the home. In closing it was important for us (my wife and I) to have a personality match with our real estate agent.
