We live overseas and own an TH in a condominium in NMB. We put the apartment for Rent, with no doubt in our minds for a second, that the one to handle the lease would be Irit Naymark from One Sotheby's Realty. Irit was our eyes and ears when the apartment was fixed in between tenants. She was in touch with the condo association on our behalf to push the rent process along. She is thorough, allways pleasant, trustworthy, Nice, professional and gets the deal closed. Irit is our Go-To-Person realtor for over 11 years now. We Highly recommend working with Irit on your next Rent, Buy or Sell opportunity.
