My wife and I can't say enough good about Ingrid. We moved to DC from out of town and didn't know anything about real estate in DC. She was a very patient teacher and even had us visit properties in Virginia and Maryland so we could see a bigger picture and more options. By the time we chose something to buy, we all joked that she had shown us over 700 properties. I'm sure that she must've felt that way at the end of some days but she never gave any evidence of it and was always eager to share what she knew about every neighborhood and property that we visited. And she handled the paperwork connected to our purchase efficiently. We think the world of her. And while we didn't spend nearly as much time with her partner, Tatjana, as we did with Ingrid, I feel comfortable giving her the highest marks too. If you want to talk to me, you can reach me on our land line (202-544-0103) or my cell (202-553-9344). My name is Mike Steinman.
