I had determined to downsize from a larger house to a condo with less maintenance. Additionally I have a large dog and cats. Also I decided to keep my house for now so it limited my price range as well. This really narrowed my search more than I realized when I first started out. Over the course of several months I worked with about 4 different realtors. In the end I worked with Ilsa pretty exclusively. At least 2 of the realtors really let me know that given my restrictions and price range they just did not want to work with me. I really appreciated that Ilsa gave me as much attention as the realtors that sold me much more expensive properties. I know I was asking for a lot of research and work for not the greatest return but as sign of her integrity she put her all into my search. Somehow we did manage to find a place that met my criteria and I managed to close on it.
