Holly was a referral by a friend of mine in the real estate business. Upon meeting Holly, we felt she was trustworthy and personable. She gave us good tips about staging our home for listing. Holly was very responsive during all hours of the day. There were several text conversations late night and on the weekends. She was even attentive while she was on vacation. The photographer she uses to do the listing photos did an amazing job. Compared to photos of other listings we looked at, they were exceptional. I felt that Holly communicated feedback from showings, offers and negotiations in a timely manner so we never felt left in the dark. The closing happen on schedule without incident. She was a pleasure to work with and I would recommend her services to anyone buying or selling.
