My wife and I worked with Holly to purchase our first home in the Spring of 2016 after my wife was accepted into a medical residency at Wake Forest Baptist Hospital. Holly was patient and truly had our best interests at heart - she never tried to 'convince' us to purchase a home and instead let us come to that conclusion on our own, pointing out all the benefits and drawbacks for each property we visited. Furthermore, Holly was on top of the closing process (despite a few hiccups on the lender's part) and since we didn't live in Winston Salem where the property was located, she was able to help us handle the process while we were out of town.
