Heidi deserves so much more than 5 out of 5 Stars. She went above and beyond. We had to sell our property due to a divorce, and Heidi communicated with me and my ex-spouse diligently and openly. I was aware of every step that needed to be done. She was able to negotiate not only with the buyer's agent but also got us the best quotes for fast and reliable repairs and upgrades that needed to be done to get top dollar for our house. Ultimately, the house was sold via Short Sale due to the fact that we didn't own the property long enough, and Heidi again communicated with our lender to get us the best possible outcome.
