Heather negotiated a difficult buyer situation with grace and elegance like I have never experienced. The inspection came back with a list of items that needed to be addressed. Heather made all the contacts with different contractors and got the punch list completed in less then a week! Heater Vick made my selling experience turn key and I am more happy then I can put into words. We sold the property and at a higher purchase price then expected. Thank you Heather!!!
