We first met Heather when we were moving from Arizona to New Hampshire and needed to buy a home. We knew nothing about the area but Heather took the time to educate us and ultimately helped us find the perfect home in the perfect location. Heather was so patient as she took us from home to home and some she took us to multiple times. . She remained her happy, positive, upbeat self every step of the way. My husband’s job relocated us to Florida and we needed to sell our New Hampshire home. There was no question who we needed to call. We listed our home late Friday evening, had our open house on Sunday and on Monday we had an offer that was above asking price. Heather was there for the inspection and for the appraisal. She guided us through the entire selling process, answered all of our crazy questions and was a complete rockstar! We have used realtors in the past and never had anyone care for us the way Heather did. She wasn’t the realtor simply looking for her own financial gain. Heather absolutely looked out for us and as busy as she was, she always made us feel like we were her only, most important clients. We aren’t special. Heather treated us the way she did because of who she is and her desire to do a great job.
