Heather Bogner was tremendous. She was with us every step of the way from the very beginning when we first chatted about the basics and getting the process started of trying to buy a home. As first time home buyers, we were not aware of everything that went into this process and at times it was overwhelming, but Heather was with us at all times. Her communication with us regarding everything was spot on with fast responses even on a Sunday :). We felt that Heather made us a priority and was willing to go above and beyond to show us houses that we wanted to see, even if maybe they were more of a learning experience than potential buy. Her expertise and knowledge on the market, areas we were looking, and willingness to find homes around the budget made the whole process much smoother and we can't thank her enough for everything she did for us during this process.
