I really wanted to hate Gustavo, but oh man was I wrong! We were three sisters dealing with moving our aging mom to a senior center and figuring out what do do with the RPV house we grew up in. One of us called Gustavo early on, before Mom and I had finished going through 65 years of treasures (or junk, depending on how you look at it). It would be another six months before Mom and I finished up and I was finally actually ready to start looking for a realtor. We looked at a ton of websites and reviews and talked to our three strongest candidates. On our final day of cleaning out, Gustavo came out to the house and I immediately knew what my sister had known 6 months before: he was our guy. Super professional, super knowledgeable, easy to talk to and work with. He worked so hard to be there for us (all us sisters AND our mom) every step of the way. He answered every text or email within minutes, even the one I sent on a Friday evening at 9pm. He has an amazing bunch of people to help get the job done (landscape, cleaner, handyman, stager, photographer….) and we got the house on the market in a few weeks. We had 4 offers and closed escrow in 14 days. His wise advice throughout the listing/offer/counteroffer/negotiation process kept us all relaxed because we knew we were in good hands. I’m glad it all went so smoothly, but honestly I’m gonna miss him now that it’s done.
