Both Gretchen and Mary were great to work with. I have a busy work schedule and their advice for contractors was invaluable. They even arranged some of the contractor support for selling my house in Santa Fe. Their recommendation for pricing my house was solid and easy to agree to the listing price. It was right in line with my estimation, but their access to comps and current market trends helped validate the listing price. I would use Gretchen and Mary again for either buying or selling my properties. Thanks again to both of you.
