Greg is a fantastic realtor and I couldn't recommend using him more highly. I was selling my house in Philadelphia while I was living in Denver. He went above and beyond all typical realtor duties. He provided contractors for work I needed done on the house, he checked on progress and the quality of work that was being done and he even made sure the small patch of "landscaping" in front of the house was upkept during the showing process. He really made the everything stress free for me.

This was my first house sale so I didn't really know what to expect. Greg was very communicative and honest throughout. He wasn't all rose colored glasses if there was an issue. But he also looked for solutions quickyl. I couldn't have asked for much more from a realtor perspective. He's also a good guy to boot, so that was a plus. Once again, highly recommend Greg and his team. They will take care of you.
