Gina started her career in real estate working in the lending departments of various banks in the Milwaukee area. In 1997, she moved to Stoughton, Wisconsin, and decided to make the switch from lending to the buying and selling side of residential properties. She earned her real estate licensee designation from the State in 1999. What started back then, and continues to this day, is her desire to help people attain the American Dream of home ownership. In pursuing this, she educates her clients about current market conditions, the complex ins-and-outs of real estate, and the tools that will help them make sensible, informed decisions. She enjoys working on both sides of the fence; participating fully in the exhilaration of helping people find that property to purchase, especially the first-time buyers, and also the high sense of accomplishment and satisfaction of selling a client’s home. She prides herself on her seasoned abilities to sell houses for the highest possible dollar amount in the least possible time. She uses a combination of specialized marketing practices, exceptional personal knowledge of the neighborhoods that she serves, and her very extensive network of agents and other contacts that all come together to make the selling process work. As the owner and managing broker of Realty Executives Capital City, she helps create an environment of exceptional customer service and client convenience that is second to none. She has built life-long relationships with many of the 150+ customers that she has assisted with the purchase and sale of many properties over the years. Through all of this and, especially because of her familiarity and ease with the whole real estate transaction process, Gina has not lost touch with how stressful and fearful this process can be, particularly for first-time homebuyers. Buying and selling real estate may well be the greatest investment that most people take on in their lives, and she does not take anyone’s concerns or feelings lightly. She has empathy for her clients and what they may be going through as they embark on such a transaction. Because of her experience and attention to detail, even the most jittery of clients feel at ease and comfortable with her. Gina is a registered REALTOR©, a member of the Wisconsin REALTORS© Association (WRA), the National Association of REALTORS© (NAR), and the South Central Wisconsin Multiple Listing Service (SCWMLS).
