Gil is an exceptional agent. We had a bit of an odd situation because no one involved in the sale was actually in town anymore. Gil made the process of selling the house remotely completely seamless, which was such a blessing. I never had to worry about whether the contractors were doing things correctly and in a timely fashion because I knew Gil was on top of it. He is an expert in the area (Charlottesville) and helped us find other folks to make the process go smoothly. Given our unique circumstances, we had to do things a little differently from most others, but you would think Gil handles these odd scenarios every day. He didn't miss a beat! He also really helped me feel confident with selling the home as a PoA, as it was my first time. Not something you do every day! I will miss going to Charlottesville to visit, but I am so grateful to Gil for helping us during a very stressful time. We got a great price on the house, and we are walking away with no regrets or concerns about the process. Not only would I recommend Gil to anyone, I already have!"
