Dear Miss Ebby, we are writing to let you know how very pleased we are to have had Ghitta Torrico act on our behalf, as our agent, in the recent sale of our home, in Carrollton, Texas. We became acquainted with Ghitta five years ago, after less than favorable experiences with other agents, while looking for a home to purchase in the Carrollton area. Ghitta immediately impressed us with her personal warmth, market knowledge, and professionalism. Through her guidance and clear understanding of our objectives, Ghitta helped us to buy exactly the kind of home we were looking for. During the past four months, we made a decision to relocated back to our home state of Nebraska due to an important family need and realized we would need to sell our home as quickly as possible. Our previous buying experience through Ghitta was so satisfying, there was very little doubt we wanted her to work with us again in order to sell our home with minimal delays in a decidedly buyers market. After meeting with Ghitta, she made several practical suggestions to present our home in the most appealing ways, and she guided us in order to achieve our goal of selling our home in the quickest possible manner. Happily, we closed on our home sale in less than sixty days from listing in a challenging market. While the timing of this sale was very gratifying, the process had its ups and downs leading to stressful circumstances, particularly on my part. Thanks to Ghitta, who kept us informed of each development, I was able to let go of my concerns and trust Ghitta to manage our best interests during the transaction. Miss Ebby, we feel blessed to have had the opportunity to work with Ghitta Torrico, and have recommended her services to friends and co-workers who may be looking to buy or sell a house, noting in particular how she makes you the center of her attention. We believe Ghitta deserves your high praise and recognition as a truly top-notch agent. Thank you for the opportunity to have the services of Ebby Halliday, Realtors, and in particular, the services of Ghitta, who did an outstanding job!
