George and Karen, I wanted to take a moment and commend both of your for the exceptional services you provided to me during my quest to find housing.  I call it a quest, because that is what it seemed like, a true quest!  As you know, I was relocating from the East Coast to the Bay Area.  I was totally unfamiliar with this area and the housing market overall.  Needless to say, I was in a state of sticker shock!  You took the time to get me familiar with the area, and to also focus in on the type of housing I needed.  As a single parent of three small children, I had specific criteria that had to be met before the perfect home could be identified.  You were so patient and kind throughout the entire process. Once we found the “ideal” home, things got hairy.  A second party was involved in the purchasing process that was located on the East coast.  Even with all the crazy, you stuck with me, and for that I will be forever grateful. I will definitely refer your services to friends and colleagues who are in the market to either purchase or sell a home.
