I initially contacted George and Karen Black in July of 2007 as a young and completely clueless person who wanted to buy a home. I contacted George about a mobile home listing of his. He was very friendly, easy to talk to, and very honest. George told me to stay away (far away!) from mobile home at this point in my life. I knew then and there that he was someone I could trust. We looked at hundreds and hundred of homes and filled out more contracts than I can count! Eventually, I decided to buy outside of the area.
