It was a pleasure working with Gaylene on the purchase and the selling of our homes. She has a grasp on the housing market and was clear and concise. She was always professional, friendly, personable, and always responded to all calls and answered all questions, no matter how trivial. I felt well-represented and secure in a sometimes difficult process.
