Gavin was the best realtor we've ever worked with in the Tri City area, he listened to everything we were looking for in a home and worked extemely hard to help us find just that. He always made himself available, if a house came on the market that we wanted to see, no matter what day of the week it was he made that happen very quickly. He is a very knowledgeable and honest man. We were definitely beyond pleased with him and HIGHLY recommend him to anyone that is looking!
