After working with another realtor for many months and getting absolutely no where, I responded to a "cold call" letter that Gary had sent out while we were on vacation. Our home had been unlisted for about 10 days while I interviewed several other realtors that I was not impressed with. I was able to develop a rapport with Gary almost immediately -- he's just that kind of person with whom you immediately believe and feel trustworthy. Gary worked extremely hard to sell our home holding three open houses weekly. He always gave us immediate feedback after each open house which is something we had not received before. I think Gary works for an excellent real estate company that markets their homes extremely well. My only regret is that I didn't list with him sooner. I feel that he would have been able to sell our home within "weeks" of listing during the early spring of 2014 when homes were selling very quickly. We had such faith in Gary that we recommended him to our son. Gary was able to sell their home quickly and for a far better price than they had hoped. I strongly recommend Gary without an ounce of hesitation to anyone who is thinking of selling their home or buying a different home. He adapts to his client's needs and works really hard to sell a home.
