This is the second time I've used Garrett. Last time was in helping my mom with her 1st home and now helping my husband and I buy our 1st home. We didnt really know what we wanted but Garrett was up for the challenge of finding a home that would fit our needs and wants. We looked at so many homes and he was never pushy. Always asked how we felt about the home and what we disliked. His communication skills are top tier. We always knew what was happening and got updates throughout the process in real-time. Sometimes even at 9pm which in all honesty we appreciated so much. Especially when we were eagerly waiting for a sellers responce. One thing I heard both times I worked with him was "I wouldnt be able to sleep at night knowing I pushed someone to get a home they didn't like" and that shows just how much he cares. When making a big life purchase you want someone you can trust. Garrett is that person.
