Gail's transition into real estate began after a successful career in sales management. A pivotal visit to the corporate headquarters of a prominent regional brokerage sparked her passion for real estate, leading her to pursue a career in luxury home sales. From the very beginning, she knew she had found her true calling. Gail gained valuable experience in relocation and corporate homes before diving into the resale market, where she was quickly recognized as Rookie of the Year at her firm. Now, with career sales exceeding $260 million and 609 homes sold, Gail continues to thrive in a business she considers not just a career but a lifestyle, and she attributes her success to the strong relationships she has built with clients, family and friends. In 2024, Gail was also ranked No. 14 in the region she serves. A corporate relocation brought Gail and her family to Indianapolis, where she thrived in the city's competitive real estate market. Over the course of a decade, Gail earned recognition in Indianapolis Monthly Magazine as one of the "Top REALTORS®" and "Super Sellers" and was featured twice on the cover of a broker agent magazine. Gail's expertise in working with developers, custom builders and luxury properties made her a trusted name in Indianapolis, where she was ranked among the top 25 REALTORS® by the Indianapolis Business Journal. Relocating back to Charlotte in 2008, Gail was honored to join Premier Sotheby's International Realty, a brand known for its global reach and prestigious reputation - an ideal fit for her extensive personal and professional network. With a deep understanding of the Charlotte real estate market, Gail has successfully represented clients across a broad range of price points. Her designation in Luxury Home Marketing makes her a natural fit for high-end waterfront, golf course and specialty properties throughout the Charlotte metro area. Gail was also chosen to be on the prestigious sales team representing The Regent at Eastover - one of Charlotte's most elegant residential enclaves. Together with her team, she has marketed an $80 million dollar building in the heart of Eastover, which is the highest per capita income for the state of North Carolina. Working with many high-net-worth individuals, Gail has the ability to make any transaction smooth, discreet and confidential. Living on the 9th green, just steps from the clubhouse at TPC Piper Glen, Gail combines her love of real estate with her love of golf, often found on the course when she's not helping clients find their dream homes.
