I was very fortunate to meet Fred through a mutual friend a number of years ago, he had just started working in the real estate industry.  I remember telling him that when I sell my co-op apartment, I wanted him to be my agent and I am glad I kept my promise.

Fred was amazing throughout the process of prepping my place(helping me ask those tough purging decisions), pricing it fairlly, showing it and subsequently selling my place.

If you are looking for someone you can trust, who is honest, who does the complete job then I recommend Fred Cargian.
