Erin was very persistent, personable, and knowledgeable about the area. She spent a lot of time with us, looking at lots and houses she discovered and ones we saw on line. When we found a lot, she advised us as to what contingencies we should include, saving us from purchasing a lot that would have not worked out. We did end up purchasing a lot that she brought to our attention. I would use Erin again as an agent and recommend her to others.
