Erik was phenomenal! This was our second time working with Erik. He sold our first home, but this time he helped us to purchase a home. We were on a very tight timeline so we had to make decisions really quick and see a lot of houses within a short period. We lived out of town, but Erik accommodated us by sending us several videos, live walk-throughs, and he scheduled several homes for us to view while in town. It was a lot but Erik was not only patient, but responsive to our questions. He genuinely wanted our family to find a home to love-and we did. This was an exceptional experience and we are more than happy we went with him a second time. Semonin you are lucky to have Erik on your team! He is A-1!
