I knew Erik was very knowledgeable and experienced as we have used him before. I trusted him as I had to make many decisions in buying and selling the houses. All of this paid off and saved me time and money. Erik is upbeat which helps when the tasks at hand seem enormous or in cases where “ plan A” doesn’t work. He has qualified individuals available to help get the house in shape for showing or for addressing inspection items. He memorizes all the data available on the housing market and will provide you with so many statistics that you know this guy has his finger on the real estate pulse at all times. He drops everything when you need help. He keeps a timeline for you and reminds you who to notify and when during a move. I will call Erik first thing for future real estate needs. I highly recommend Erik.
