I found Eric in one of the most difficult times of my life. I had just lost my father i was trying to renovate his home for sell. The contractor i had did me very wrong, and I was just done. I now wanted to sell the home as is, Eric was able to make this happen in less than 2 weeks we were under contract and sold in less than a month and a half. He was able to relate to my situation and was nothing short of professional kind and understanding. I will always use Eric for any home dealings I have in the future.
