There are no words to describe how grateful I am to have crossed paths with these two during the sale of my first home. I talked to 15 different relators,, looking for the right one but was able to score these two. The reason they stood out is their team effort. Each brought a layer of brilliance to the table but it was good to know I was working with Colorado Natives,, that understood Denver. They communicated well,, had realistic comps,, understood the market,, how to market,, and the psychology behind both sides of the table. They didn't try to sell me in their presentation,, they just presented the facts. They didn't try to convince me that they were the ones or that they could get me x amount of dollars. They were clear that there are no guarantees but they presented what they thought the home would go for and how to go about it. They were direct and honest. Once we signed on together,, they listened to what I needed as an individual seller. They took the stress away through out the process,, letting me in on what I needed to know,, but not worrying me over the little things. Which is exactly what I asked from them. They explained every question I had when I needed them to. They gave advice,, which I took to heart and in return,, it paid off. It is because of these reasons,, I was able to sell my home for a record high per square foot in my neighborhood. I hope that if you are looking for a realtor,, they are who you call as you will not be disappointed. I highly recommend them to my friends and family,, and if ever needed in the future,, I will be using them again myself.
