Ella helped us buy our first home in Canada. It’s a beautiful house, in a fantastic neighborhood. She spent countless hours with us during our home search process and when we found the home we wanted, she helped connect us with the right mortgage broker that helped us secure a mortgage and recommended a very detailed, knowledgeable and reasonably priced home inspector she had prior experience with. Basically she helped bring all the pieces together to ensure a smooth and successful transition. The closing process was smooth and I’m happy to say we’re now enjoying our new place. Ella is a genuine, warm, caring agent. She genuinely works very hard and is committed and sincere towards the needs of her clients. I honestly could not think of ever working with anyone else and without hesitation, would highly recommend Ella to anyone looking to buy or list a property. Thanks Ella for all that you did for us!!!
