Elizabeth was simply amazing! She guided us through every step of the sale of our house of 28 years - and purchase of our new townhouse. It is hard to sum up in words her knowledge, experience, professionalism, and ability to transform/stage our house. Just as importantly, she was such a calming presence throughout the entire stressful process. Both my wife and I have come to view her as a friend, and I don’t think there is anyone on the planet would could have gotten us to where we are now. Forever grateful for Elizabeth Ritchie and Sotheby’s!
