For the past two decades, I have been helping real estate customers fulfill their dreams of owning a home or accomplish their goal of selling their properties. I work everyday for my customers. I update my market knowledge every morning to give my customers the most recent information possible. I am a skilled negotiator and strive to achieve a win/win transaction for all. I deal politely, positively and professionally with all buyers, sellers, and real estate agents. My Bachelors Degree is from Purdue University in Interior Design. My degree is helpful in assisting customers to envision spatial modifications or changes in principles or elements of design that would make the property perfect for them. I also offer assistance with ideas for small, inexpensive changes that my sellers can easy complete to make their home ready to market. I have a proven marketing plan combining internet marketing, print advertising, email and phone networking, well attended open houses and house parties with homemade delicacies for the guests plus my artistic old fashioned postcards have become a main stay in the South Tampa neighborhoods. My husband and business partner, Paul Einselen, doubles the knowledge and service we provide to our customers. It is our pleasure to work everyday for our customers. Paul and I enjoy every aspect of each real estate transaction and we are very successful for our customers.
